Our properties are very well cared for homes that are designed to be your home away from home while you are studying in Oxford. We are a Miami Merger that initially got into property ownership with designs on having a safe, comfortable and affordable place for our daughter to live while at Miami. Since then we launched our business and have expanded it with a variety of options to offer, all of them well exceeding the norm for living in Oxford. All of our houses are within the “mile square“, which is the premier area for walking to campus and uptown.

One thing to consider when looking for a high quality property is the style of ownership and management of the house. We have a vested interest in the care and condition of our homes because they are our personal investments. We are looking to preserve or improve the value of each of our properties, so we put our own ongoing sweat equity into making sure that they are very well cared for and safe.

Nine of our 10 properties are furnished, which include beds, protected mattresses, desks, dressers, sofas, kitchen tables and chairs and large flat screen TVs in each home. As mentioned above, we manage the properties ourselves, which ensures the highest quality for each home.
